When a helical guide is mounted and the special cutting tools are adopted, helical racks can also be cut on this machine.
The working accuracy of the machine can reach Grade 7.
If Grade 6 is required, YM58125A Precision Rack Shaper is recommended.
Description:
1) Model Y58125A Rack Shaper is a machine with high rigidity and easier modification, on which the cutter head swings for relieving motion and the worktable travels for radial feed.
2) The reciprocating movement of the cutter spindle is directly carried out through the crank disk and connecting rod with a ball head, so 538 strokes per minute can be obtained.
3) The single-directional working cycle and bi-directional working cycle used on the machine can meet the needs to cut all kinds of racks.
4) The twelve steps of the main movement can be selected and the speed change is convenient.
5) The precision screw is adopted in radial feed which ensure the repeated cutting accuracy.
6) Two push buttons, ‘Rapid Jogging’ and ‘Slow Jogging’ are used to control the movement of cutter spindle, the ‘Slow Jogging’ can stop the cutter spindle at any desired position.
7) This machine can be varied to other versions. Any special requirement by the customers will be satisfied with the version of the machine.
